107 — DRAWN BACK TO LIGHT

Glenn and I celebrated seventeen years of growth in this dimension: body, mind and soul.

In 2012, my sister and my mother were having serious health issues. When I told Glenn that I needed to be in Lincoln to help them, he asked if we could spend time together before I left. March 28th, 2012, we spent the day dancing, laughing, and reminiscing as our eyes spoke lovingly soul-to-soul. We dined with “take-out” by candlelight on my cardboard moving boxes draped in black sheets. He tenderly handed me a small box. Inside the box were two large golden musical notes and his handwritten love letter honoring our “together forever” joined souls’ commitment.

Emotions were fragile as we said goodnight, late that night. When we stepped out of my condo building onto the concrete mezzanine, he wrapped his arms around me and held me tight. Tears came flooding from our eyes. After we regained our composure, we stepped back, wiped away tears, looked into each other’s eyes and gave each other a gentle farewell kiss.

Suddenly, out of the darkness, an intense bright light swirled around us several times. Questioning whether the celestial light phenomenon could have been real, I was stunned speechless. Was I seeing things? As I watched him starting to walk toward his car, he stopped abruptly and stood still as though he was dazed. Then he threw his arms out to his side, spun around, looked right at me and asked, “Did you just see what I did?” Relieved that he had seen the light swirling around us, I excitedly answered, “yes—I saw it too!”
